Hotel Mango Airport Alajuela – Hotel near airport in Santiago Este

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The king bed room I stayed in was generally quiet thanks to being sound-proof, but it did show signs of wear and tear. The value for the price paid wasn't quite up to par.

My stay at the hotel was convenient due to its proximity to the airport, however, the noise from the road and planes made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room I was moved to was spacious and comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. The service was good overall, with friendly and helpful staff. The location, being only 500 meters from the airport, was ideal for my early flight out the next morning. The dining experience was excellent, especially the American, Tico, or pancake breakfast options. The facilities were sufficient, although the price could be considered a bit high for the value provided.

My stay was convenient for catching an early morning flight with comfortable rooms offering a relaxing atmosphere, although some more color or decorations would enhance the space. The service was lacking in friendliness and assistance, and I encountered issues with wake-up calls. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a major plus. While the dining experience was satisfactory, the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, a decent option at a reasonable price.
